The service was super quick, and I felt reassured that my item would arrive as scheduled. When it got here, though, the box was a bit banged up, and the tape wasn’t keeping the lid secure. Thankfully, everything was there. All in all, it was a pretty solid experience.

I definitely won't be buying from this place again! We spent over £50, so we were supposed to get free next day delivery. We chose this store because we needed the item for my dad's return from the hospital. After waiting two days, it still hadn’t shown up, so I called the company. They promised to call me back, but that never happened! I called again and received an apology, with a guarantee that it would arrive the next day before noon since they had contacted DHL for morning delivery. And guess what? It showed up in the afternoon, which meant we were left without the necessary equipment when the physios were ready to hand my dad over to my mum. All in all, this company is a complete mess!
